Agreement

By accessing outwant.com you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility — 18+ only

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The service contains adult-oriented romantic and sexual themes. We may terminate accounts without refund if we believe a user is under 18 or has misrepresented their age.

Fictional AI companions — § 2257 statement

All companions on OutWant — across gay, lesbian, bi, trans, nonbinary, and questioning identities — are AI-generated fictional personas. They do not represent real people, celebrities, or anyone you might meet offline, and chat outputs are not statements of fact about any real person.

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related record-keeping requirements for visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct: no character, portrait, generated image, or other visual content on this service depicts an actual human being engaged in sexually explicit conduct. All visual and conversational content on OutWant is computer-generated fiction, and § 2257 record-keeping requirements do not apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 18, or assist a minor in accessing it.
• Request, generate, distribute, or attempt to elicit any illegal content, including CSAM (child sexual abuse material) or non-consensual imagery of real people.
• Impersonate real people (public figures, ex-partners, acquaintances, or anyone else) without their explicit authorization, or use the service to deceive others about the AI nature of the conversation.
• Upload photos of any identifiable individual without their consent, or upload images you do not have the right to use.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, dox, or discriminate against any individual or group — including on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, race, ethnicity, religion, or disability.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems; use automated agents or bots without written permission; or resell access to the service without authorization.
• Use the service for fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or any unlawful purpose.
• Circumvent age verification, content filters, or account-suspension enforcement.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion when these rules are violated or when we believe there is a risk of legal or user-safety harm.

Accounts & security

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for the security of your credentials. Notify support@outwant.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose abuse, fraud, or legal risk.

OutWant Pro billing

• OutWant Pro is $11.99 per month, billed monthly to the payment method you provide, and renews automatically until cancelled.
• Your card statement may show OUTWANT* PRO or a similar discreet descriptor.
• You may cancel OutWant Pro at any time. Access continues through the end of the paid period; you are not charged again after cancellation.
• Refund policy: first-time subscribers may request a full refund of the initial charge within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@outwant.com. Refunds are not guaranteed for renewals, partial months, or promotional bundles, except where required by law.
• We may change subscription pricing or features with reasonable notice. Changes apply to your next renewal period, not the current one.

Content disclaimer

AI outputs may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or offensive. OutWant is entertainment. We do not provide medical, legal, mental-health, or relationship advice. Do not rely on chat content for real-world decisions, and consult a qualified professional or a community you trust when you need one. You use the service at your own discretion.

User content & license

You retain ownership of the text and any content you input into the service. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit, store, and display that content solely to operate the service (for example, to send messages to an AI provider and return the response). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

Companion personas, portraits, brand assets, and the software of the service are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use them through the service. You may not redistribute companion assets, resell generated content commercially, or claim it as human-authored where that would mislead others.

Third-party services

Payment processing, AI generation, email delivery, and analytics are performed by third-party providers. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy and governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond selecting reputable providers.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, AI companions, or third-party payment processing. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your infringement of any right of another party.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we principally operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder of these terms will remain in effect.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account (see the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion). We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms or to protect the service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. If changes are material we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in-product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@outwant.com
